Chat and contact
WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Skype, Discord, SMS, a phone number, an email address, or your existing chat widget.
Storefront buttons
Floaty puts a floating group of icons on your storefront — WhatsApp, a phone number, your Instagram, a discount code, the cart. Build it in the admin, pick where it sits, and it appears on your theme without touching a line of code.
Added as a theme app embed. Turn it off and nothing is left behind in your theme.
The problem
Shoppers do not go looking for your WhatsApp number. If it is not on the screen they are on, it may as well not exist.
Your chat link lives in the footer nobody scrolls to
A floating button that stays on screen the whole visit
A theme developer quoted you for a WhatsApp bubble
Add one from the admin in a few minutes, no code
Sale banner buttons still up two weeks after the sale
Give the group a start and end date and forget about it
No idea whether anyone taps the icons you added
Click analytics per group and per button, exportable
Features
Every icon in a group gets its own action, its own colours, an optional tooltip and an optional badge.
WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Skype, Discord, SMS, a phone number, an email address, or your existing chat widget.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Snapchat — plus share buttons that push the current page to X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Reddit.
Open the cart drawer, add a product, jump to a collection or page, run a search, open the account login, or copy a discount code to the clipboard.
Show a group everywhere, or only on paths you list — include, exclude or regex rules — and only on desktop, mobile or tablet.
A start date, an end date and the days of the week a group is allowed to appear. Sale buttons that take themselves down.
Appear immediately, after a delay, after a scroll percentage, or on exit intent. Fade, slide, bounce or pulse, and hide while scrolling down.
Eight screen positions, horizontal or vertical, three sizes, square or circle, per-button colours, a tooltip and a badge on any icon, and your own SVG when the library does not have it.
Corner radius, shadow depth, spacing between icons, edge offsets, and custom CSS when you want the group to match your theme exactly.
Clicks by group, button, device and action type over the window you pick, compared against the previous one, with CSV export.

How it works
Floaty ships a theme app embed. Switch it on in your theme once — there is no snippet to paste and no theme file to edit.
Start from one of 22 templates or from scratch. Pick icons, give each one an action, and set the position, size and colours. A live preview shows the result as you go.
Save, and the group appears on the storefront. Click analytics tell you which icons shoppers actually use.
Use cases
WhatsApp, call and email stacked in the bottom-right, on every page, so a hesitant shopper never has to hunt for you.
A discount-code button and a collection shortcut, scheduled to appear the morning the sale starts and disappear when it ends.
A fixed bottom bar with home, search, account and cart — an app-style navigation for phone traffic, with labels and an active indicator.
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube on the left edge of every page, so social proof is one tap away from the product a shopper is reading.

FAQ
No. Floaty installs as a theme app embed, which you switch on once in your theme editor. Nothing is pasted into a template, and turning the embed off — or uninstalling the app — leaves no code behind.
The buttons are drawn by a small script that fetches your groups from a cached app-proxy endpoint on your own domain. There is no third-party widget host and no blocking request in the critical path.
Yes. Alongside the 51 built-in icons you can paste your own SVG on any plan. It is sanitized before it is stored and again before it renders, so a hostile file cannot execute on your storefront.
Both, on the Pro plan. Page targeting takes include, exclude or regex rules against the URL path, device targeting splits desktop, mobile and tablet, and scheduling takes a start date, an end date and the days of the week a group may appear.
One icon group with up to five icons, the starter templates, and control over colours, size, style and position. Free groups carry a small "Powered by Floaty" credit, which the Pro plan removes.
The Pro plan records every click and reports it by group, button, device and action type for the window you choose, against the previous window, with a CSV export.
Build a group in the admin, switch on the app embed, and it is on every page of your storefront.
